Farmacy Kitchen is a book about conscious eating and creating delicious plant-based food. There are over 80 recipes in the book featuring easy and delicious food to make you feel good while being kind to the planet and animals. The book is beautiful and covers subjects from ancient wisdom, life balance, living without harming animals, gut health, food alchemy, good digestion practices, fasting, using all the senses for eating and conscious eating. It was a joy to create this book with a team of foodies and I am proud of the stunning results. I am the author of this beautiful book and wrote it for Camilla Fayed’s Farmacy London restaurant. I worked with a food team that included Pietro Cuevas and Emily Pearson. Pietro created the savoury recipes and Emily Pearson, previously of Farmacy, created the desserts and home recipes section. Nick Hopper produced the stunning photographs. The approach in the book represents a new style of eating that will rock your kitchen and make entertaining a breeze.
There are staple recipes for a range of basic sauces which means you can put together a range of delicious healthy meals quickly and easily – always good in these busy times.
