My friends, the Hemsley sisters, have done it again. They are without question sitting on some brilliant food secrets which, until recently, they’ve kept up their sleeves for their A-list clients. The good news is that the beautiful people at Vogue have got them to reveal some of their secret recipes and snapped them up as writers at Vogue.com.

They’ve agreed to share their green smoothie recipe here. I had one of these this morning. Makes you feel amazing.

This will push up your vibration and give you the nourishment that takes you into high frequency so that you are attracting better and better things all through the day.

Get juicing. Here goes…

For 2 large green smoothies (perfect for breakfast)

1 heaped teaspoon of 100% Organic Synergy Natural supergreens powder (spirulina, barley grass, wheatgrass, chlorella), 1 tablespoon raw coconut oil

2 handfuls of baby spinach or kale, a stick of celery or portion of cucumber, a ripe avocado or banana, 2 x any one of the following fruits pear/apple/kiwi, two cups of filtered water to get the blender going, juice of half a lemon

We like to have roughly 3 portions of green veg to 1 portion of fruit (which adds the sweetness), but if you’re just starting, you might find it better to start with 2 portions of green veg to 2 portions of fruit and see how you like it

Optional:  a few dates or figs for sweetness or a few almonds or a spoonful of peanut butter for nutiness or 2 teaspoons of raw cacao powder of raw cacao nibs for chocolatiness
